Kalamata Papadimitriou C.C. S.A.
Papadimitriou S.A., established in 1939 by Christos Papadimitriou in the area of Kalamata, is one of southern Greece’s three largest companies. Relying on their know-how, expertise, and drive, three generations of the Papadimitriou Family succeeded in designing and creating a range of innovative Mediterranean products. At the time of its establishment, the company was a small production facility active in the trading and export of local Kalamata products such as dried figs, Kalamata olives, and olive oil, which slowly but surely acquired a share of the market that kept growing. The goal of the Papadimitriou people at the time was the same with the goal the company team has today: Create premium quality, innovative products based on the nutritional tenets of the Mediterranean Diet. As time went by, the company continued to offer consumers innovative products based on the goods that the Peloponnesian land would yield. Today, after 75 years of operation, Papadimitriou S.A. offers a stunning range of products, each stamped with the philosophy behind Mediterranean nutrition and Greek cuisine. The company's state-of-the-art, seamlessly organized plant facilities are now located in Thouria, Messinia, on a total surface of 10,000 square meters. It is there that Papadimitriou S.A. produces and packages its retail and Food Service items for all of its product categories (mustards, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, currants).
