Please check all addresses carefully. Yoleni’s guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Shipping
Yoleni’s USA LLC handle orders shipped only in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Other International Orders must be placed to www.yolenis.eu Most items are shipped from our e-fulfillment center in St. Louis, Missouri by UPS and USPS to arrive within 1-7 business days of our receiving your order. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
All of our in stock products are immediately available for shipping within the same business working day (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays) if order is placed before 17:00 CDT (UTC/GMT -5 hours).
Shipping charges are based on our providers’ shipping rates and intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, carefully pack, transport your order and related customer service.
Yoleni’s offers alternative ways of receipt and delivery of products for your convenience
Shipping options, rates and the available delivery dates will vary based on the products you are ordering and your shipping destination. When you place your order, you are asked (at your shopping cart or checkout point) to choose how you wish to receive or how you want us to send you the products you have ordered. Available expedited shipping methods and the associated charges are presented to you at your shopping cart or checkout point. Depending on the way you have selected, the total final cost of your order is calculated. This cost will be used for the payment of your order and will be included in the order confirmation.

Express Shipping Next Day Delivery/2 Days Delivery and Processing Rates (shown in the shopping cart - first page of checkout)

The amount will also adjust as you add, delete or change items and update your cart. Express shipping orders for Next Day delivery and 2 Days Delivery referred to Business days, except if you choose Saturday Delivery, and must be placed by 5p.m. Central Time.
Perishables
Please note that all orders include perishable items are automatically shipped using 2 Days Express to ensure your product arrives in superb condition (Standard Shipping is not available as an option). All fresh food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice gel packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment. Perishables’ retail price includes special fresh product packaging.
Shipping Wine
Please note that all orders containing wine bottles can be ship to 39 States, which are Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. We do not ship to Canada or to a P.O. Box or to APO/FPO orders containing wine bottle(s) or any alcohol product. Please add an additional $3.95 per item plus Shipping Charge.
New York regulations prohibit wine and food from being shipped in the same package. Gifts and Baskets ordered that include both food and wine will be sent in two separate packages. Your gift message will be included in both packages and your Order Confirmation will show two order numbers that will also be given to separate tracking numbers once they are shipped.

US Territories (Αlaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and US Outlying Islands)
Allow 3-5 additional days for standard shipping and 1-2 additional day for express shipping.
Canada deliveries
We ship orders to Canada, though we do not ship to Canada, orders or Gift Baskets containing wine bottle(s) or any alcohol product, and perishables.
P.O. Box deliveries
Orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box and will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery may take longer shipping to a P.O. Box. However, we regret that rush orders, orders containing wine bottle(s) or any alcohol product and perishable products cannot be sent to a P.O. box. We recommend shipping to a street address (Business addresses are even better option in these cases since there is someone there to receive the deliveries), not a P.O. Box.
APO or FPO deliveries
The Standard Shipping charge applies to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. They will arrive within four to six weeks. However, we regret that rush orders, orders containing wine bottle(s) or any alcohol product and perishable products cannot be sent to APO/FPO. See below for additional information.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
Additional Shipping & Processing Information
All shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address.
To ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address (Business addresses are even better option in these cases since there is someone there to receive the deliveries), not a P.O. Box. Wine shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

WEATHER HOLDS - Why is my order on hold and what is the cost to ship now?
Weather conditions (whether it is extreme heat or freezing temperatures) across the US certainly create challenges for shipping food products. When temperatures while in transit could adversely affect your food products order.
Primarily, in extreme cold or heat, we recommend the following options:
Choose Next Day Delivery and a business address for fast delivery
By selecting Shipping Next day delivery will reduce the time in transit. Business addresses are also a good option in these cases since there is someone there to receive the deliveries. Next Day Delivery does have an increased cost, but this is the best way to get it there quickly.
Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.
