Pure vegetable stock... naturally tasty!
Step 1:
Heat the olive oil in the saucepan.
Step 2:
Slice the onion, and sauté.
Step 3:
Add the leek, add the carrot, the spring onion, the fresh tomato, the celery and mix well.
Step 4:
Add the spice mixture, the garlic, and pour in the white wine.
Step 5:
Add water, add the oregano, the thyme, and the dried parsley.
Step 6:
Mix and boil for 40'.
Step 7:
Drain the mixture, and the vegetable stock is ready.
