Sweet Brioche Bread
Tsoureki in Greece is a traditional sweet bread which is prepared throughout the year and especially during the period of Easter or Christmas. It is also referred to as lambrokouloura or lambro bread, however the word "tsoureki" has prevailed. The shape of the bun varies depending on the place of preparation. It can be a braid, a bun or a ball.
