Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 :Boil potatoes, skin on in salted water until cooked through.
- Step 2 :Drain, cut in half and add to serving bowl.
- Step 3 :Add butter and mix well to coat.
- Step 4 :Add yogurt, mustard, olive oil, oregano, green onion, salt and pepper and blend together.
- Step 5 :Garnish with a bit of fresh oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
