Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the prawns. Heat the olive oil in a big frying pan, add the spring onion, the garlic and the cumin and sauté for 5 minutes until they soften. Add the prawns and sauté.
- Step 2: Add the tomato, the salt, the pepper, the cayenne pepper, the sugar, the parsley, the oregano, some water and cook for 10-15 minutes until the prawns are soft and the sauce thickens.
- Step 3: Break the feta cheese with your hands and add it to the prawns 3-4 minutes before you finish cooking.
- Step 4: Remove the prawns from the heat and wait for 5 minutes for them to cool a bit. Serve with paprika lasagna chips.
