Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 :Preheat a skillet on medium high heat add the olive oil and pork, season with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Step 2 :Once browned, add the white wine and cook down for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3 :Next add the orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and thyme and stir well.
- Step 4 :Adjust seasoning and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and pork is cooked through.
- Step 5 :Serve and enjoy!
