Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Mix the olive oil with the vinegar, season the dressing with a bit of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Step 2: Put the arugula / rocket leaves in a bowl and pour the dressing over them.
- Step 3: Complete the salad by topping it off with the thinly sliced prosciutto and cheese shavings.
