Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: In large stock pot bring salted water to boil and add pasta to cook.
- Step 2: In large saucepan over high medium high heat, saute the garlic, onion and calamari in olive oil for approximately 2 minutes. Add mussels and shrimp, gently stir.
- Step 3: Add wine and remaining ingredients and continue cooking until seafood is almost done. Add cooked pasta, stir well and serve.

- 5 ½ ounces calamari
- ½pound shrimp
- ½pound mussels
- 1pinch Red Saffron powder
- 10 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 glass white wine
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 fresh green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 minced garlic clove
