Marinating meat in simple steps!

Step 1:

In a bowl, combine and mix, the olive oil, the vinegar, the pepper grains, the allspice, the rosemary, the oregano, the crushed garlic, the dried bay leaves and the mint leaves.

Step 2:

Mix well and spread the mixture evenly over the meat on both sides.

Step 3:

In the end, pour the mixture over the meat, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 12 hours.
