Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Grate the tomatoes in a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt and oregano.
- Step 2: Drizzle the rusks with a bit of olive oil and spoon the grated tomato mixture on each rusk.
- Step 3: Top them up with 1-2 spoonfuls of xinomizithra cheese.
- Step 4: Drizzle with 2-3 drops of olive oil and sprinkle a bit of oregano before serving.
