Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the round barley rusks. Drizzle some water over them and arrange them on a platter.
- Step 2: Pour some olive oil over the rusks and then spoon the grated tomato equally on top of all of them.
- Step 3: Sprinkle with the 'flower of salt', and add the xinomizithra.
- Step 4: Sprinkle with oregano, garnish with mouratolia olives, drizzle with the rest of the olive oil and serve.
