Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Place the eggs, olive oil, milk, salt, and flour in the bowl of an electric mixer mixing on medium speed until the dough is homogeneous and begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl.
- Step 2: Wash and finely chop the spinach and the parsley. Rub the chopped parsley and spinach between your palms until they are all withered. Combine with the spring onions, mint, pepper and mizithra cheese.
- Step 3: Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them out into small circular shapes of about 8cm in diameter, using a rolling pin. Spoon some of the cheese filling in the middle of each circle, fold it and seal the ends. Brush the pies with the beaten egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
