A homemade stock that will add flavour even to the simplest of dishes!
Step 1:
Boil the chicken in a saucepan.
Step 2:
Cut the carrot, the spring onion, the onion and the leek into thick pieces.
Step 3:
Skin the chicken.
Step 4:
Place the cut up vegetables in the saucepan with the chicken.
Step 5:
Add the parsley, the garlic, the pepper grains, the bay leaves, the salt and the mixture of dried spices. Stir and boil for 40'.
Step 6:
Drain the mixture, and the chicken stock is ready.
