Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the cod. Place the vegetables in layers in a low sided and wide saucepan. Start with the potatoes, then the onions, leek and place the cloves of garlic in-between. Sprinkle every layer with a little salt, pepper, thyme and marjoram.
- Step 2: Place the cod on top, cut into portions, and season with a little pepper, the rest of the thyme and marjoram. Also add the lemon juice and zest, the olive oil and 1-1 1/2 glasses of water. Stir well and cook on medium heat for 40-45 minutes until the vegetables and fish are done and the sauce thickens.
- Step 3: Serve right away!
