Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the cookies. Place the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, herbs and paprika in a bowl and mix well. Add the butter and blend together, until the mixture looks like wet sand. Finally, add the milk and knead the mixture for a while until it becomes a nice pliable soft dough.
- Step 2: Roll the dough, using your palms, into a thick cylindrical shape, cover with clingwrap, and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Step 3: Remove it from the refrigerator and cut it into uniform rectangular pieces.
- Step 4: Place the cookies in a baking pan lined with a sheet of baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven, at 200°C for about 10 minutes until done.
- Step 5: Remove the cookies from the oven and set aside to cool for 10 minutes before serving them.
