Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the dough. Put the lukewarm water, the yeast and the sugar in a bowl and stir until the yeast has diluted and the sugar too. Add the vinegar, the olive oil, the flour and the salt and knead until the mixture becomes a soft dough. Cover with a towel and place in a warm environment for approximately 30 minutes until the dough rises.
- Step 2: Prepare the filling. Place the feta cheese, the spearmint, the pepper and the 4 eggs in a bowl and mix well.
- Step 3: Roll out the dough rectangularly and brush it over with butter. Spread the filling on it. Roll the dough up loosely, twirl it round in a snail shape and place it on a round baking pan lined with baking paper. Mix the egg yolk with the 1 tbsp of olive oil and brush the cheese bread with it. Sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds and cook in preheated oven at 180°C, for approximately 30-40 minutes until the cheese bread is baked through and has become a nice golden brown colour all over.
- Step 4: Wait for 20 minutes so that the cheese bread cools a bit before serving it.

- 20g black sesame seeds
