Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Boil some water and blanch the tomatoes for 30'', after you have carved them slightly on the bottom.
- Step 2: Place them into ice water so that the skins can be more easily removed.
- Step 3: Beat the lemon juice with the olive oil in a bowl, combine the sliced olives, basil, garlic, pine nuts and mix.
- Step 4: Put the tomatoes into a salad bowl, break the barley rusks into pieces and add them to the tomatoes. Pour the oil mixture over the salad.

- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 6 tbsps Extra virgin, orgranic olive oil
- 12 slices of olives Sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 bunch of basil (finely chopped)
- 1tbsp pine nuts
- 1 clove (finely chopped)
- 10 blanched tomatoes (cut into eight pieces each)
- 3pcs barley rusk
- Fleur de Sel
