Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the spicy cheese sauce. Place the feta cheese and the xinomizithra cheese in a large bowl and break them up as much as you can, using a fork. Add the milk, the olive oil, the chilly pepper, the pepper, the dill, the vinegar, the garlic, the salt and the pepper and mix very well.
- Step 2: Refrigerate the spicy cheese sauce for approximately 30 minutes until the flavours and the aromas are beautifully combined.
- Step 3: Remove the spicy cheese sauce from the refrigerator and serve with breadsticks.
