Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Cut the spinach, rocket and pickled vegetables in thick slices and place them in a deep platter.
  • Step 2: Grill the manouri cheese on a grilling pan and place it over the vegetables.
  • Step 3: Prepare the vinaigrette, beating all the ingredients together in a blender and pour it evenly over the salad.
  • Step 4: Scatter the small wholewheat rusks on top and serve in a bowl.
