Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Wash the lettuce leaves well and spread them on a large dish.
- Step 2: Arrange the Santorini tomatoes cut in halves over the lettuce.
- Step 3: Sprinkle the grated feta cheese over that and add the olives. Drizzle the salad with the dressing of olive oil and vinegar.
- Step 4: Garnish with the prawns and serve.

- 40ml white vinegar
- 400g olives
- salt
