Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.
- Step 2: Boil the chickpeas in a saucepan with plenty of water, until soft. Strain and set aside to cool.
- Step 3: Place the boiled chickpeas, peppers, parsley, olives, salt, lemon juice and olive oil in a deep bowl.
- Step 4: Mix well and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Step 5: Serve in a deep bowl.

- 100g Florina peppers

- 2 the juice of lemons
- 200g extra virgin, organic olive oil
