Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Boil the striftaria pasta according to the boiling instructions on the packet.
- Step 2: Sauté the vegetables one kind at a time in a deep saucepan with olive oil. Sauté the spring onion first, then the mushrooms, the green beans and the peppers. Once you have sautéed these, add the ginger and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3: Add the drained striftaria pasta to the sautéed vegetables, pour in the water used for boiling the pasta and stir for 2 minutes.
- Step 4: Remove from heat and serve in individual plates. Sprinkle with grated cheese and lemon zest.

- 250g mushrooms - finely chopped
- 150g green beans cut in half
- 1tbsp garlic finely chopped

- 250g Spinach Striftaria Pasta
- 80ml water used for boiling the pasta
- 150g grated Melichloro cheese
