Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and add the potatoes.
- Step 2: Cover the frying pan with its lid and allow the potatoes to cook on low heat while occasionally mixing.
- Step 3: Once the potatoes have cooked soft, add the louza and mix together again.
- Step 4: Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the grated cheese and pepper and empty the mixture out into the frying pan, while mixing gently.
- Step 5: When one side of the omelette is done, flip it over carefully to cook the other side too. The omelette is ready to be served.
