Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Place the feta cheese on a piece of aluminium foil and top it with sliced tomatoes, green pepper, red chilli pepper mixture, oregano and olive oil.
  • Step 2: Fold the aluminium foil like an envelope and grill it in the oven until the feta cheese is soft.
  • Step 3: Serve placing the aluminium foil with the bougiourdi on a plate unfolding the corners.
