Product Description
Harvesting overnight, when the grapes are at optimum maturity, aims to maintain the aromatic and phenolic potential of the variety. The correct application of the extraction in pre- and post-fermentation stage, helps to extract this potential. The juice is transferred by gravity to oak barrels, where it remains for 16 months, its maturation continues with an additional 12 months in the bottle. Deep purple color. Aromas of red fruits with cherry predominating. Rich mouth with spices, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. A wine with a great and pleasant aftertaste. This wine can be successfully combined with a wide range of dishes. Combines perfectly with grilled meat, lamb, with rich yellow and cream cheese. Ideally served: 16-17 ° C

Product History
Greek red grape varieties with their distinctive characteristics are rarely encountered in other international varieties. Soft, light-bodied red wines from Peloponnese and Central Greece, more tannic and full- bodied from Northern Greece. Rich and complex aromas, ageing potential and colour palette varying from bright ruby red to deep purple and brick red.

The Prefecture of Drama is located in Eastern Macedonia and its history dates back to prehistoric times. The region came under the occupation of the Romans, the Byzantines, the Ottomans and the Bulgarians until it was finally liberated in 1916.
