Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the briam. Place all the ingredients (apart from the olive oil) in a deep baking pan and mix well. Drizzle with some olive oil and bake in preheated oven at 190C for 40-45 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the sauce thickens.
- Step 2: Set aside to cool off for 10'-15' and serve.

- 500g fresh green beans (rinsed and cut in half)

- 3 aubergines (cut into cubes)

- 1tsp sugar

- 100g extra virgin olive oil
- 2tbsp basil
- 2tbsp thyme
