Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Blend together in a bowl, the mustard, the olive oil, vinegar, the parsley, the chives and the lemon zest.
- Step 2: Drain the beans in a strainer and rinse them under fresh running tap water. Place them in a bowl.
- Step 3: Add the finely-chopped onion and mix it with the beans and the drained tuna.
- Step 4: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix carefully.
- Step 5: Serve in a deep platter and garnish with chives.
