Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the tzatziki. Place the yoghurt, the cucumber, the carrot, the garlic, the dill, the spearmint, the salt, the pepper, the olive oil and the vinegar in a large bowl and mix very well.
- Step 2: Empty the contents of the bowl - the tzatziki - into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the flavours and the aromas of the ingredients are combined.
- Step 3: Serve with bread sticks or vegetables julienne (cut into 'sticks').

- 1 cucumber (shredded and drained well)
- 1 carrot (grated thinly)
- 1 - 2 tsp garlic pulp

- white pepper grains (crushed)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill

- 60g olive oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
