Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Place the finely chopped garlic and onions in a frying pan with olive oil and sauté on medium heat.
- Step 2: Then, add the tomatoes and let them cook for 10-15' before adding the basil leaves.
- Step 3: In another frying pan, sauté the smoked pork in its own grease together with the hot chilly pepper.
- Step 4: Bring all the ingredients together and season with salt.
- Step 5: Boil the tagliatelle in a saucepan for 6-8'. Strain and combine them to the sauce in the frying pan and mix well.
- Step 6: Serve with roughly chopped gruyère cheese.
