Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the pears. Peel the pears carefully, keeping the stalk and pour the lemon juice over them. Set the pears aside.
Step 2: Place the sugar, the water, the wine, the juice of 1 lemon, the spices and the ginger in a saucepan and boil. As soon as the syrup boils, arrange the pears carefully in the saucepan. Lower the heat and cook for approximately 30 minutes, until soft but not to a pulp.
Step 3: Wait for 20 minutes for the pears to cool and then serve. They can also be served cold.

Orders can be also shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO. In the case of P.O. Box, delivery will take longer than 7 days and in the case of APO/FPO, the delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Please note that all orders including perishable items are automatically shipped using 2 Days Delivery or Next Day Delivery (working days Monday to Friday) to ensure your product arrives in superb condition (Ground Shipping is not available as an option).
