Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 :In a heavy saucepan bring the sugar, honey and water to a boil until it reaches 250 degrees with a candy thermometer.
- Step 2 :Add tahini to large mixing bowl
- Step 3 :Split and scrape vanilla bean and add to tahini
- Step 4 :Pour caramel sauce into tahini and mix well until soft dough forms
- Step 5 :Pour onto clean work surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until soft smooth ball forms
- Step 6 :Transfer to well oiled small pan or bowl to cool for one hour at room temperature
- Step 7 :To serve cut into small pieces and dust with ground cinnamon
