Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 :Begin with the strawberry tomato sauce. Sautee the strawberries and sugar until the sugar has dissolved, add the vinegar and stir well for about 3 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar, stir well and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from burner and allow to cool slightly before adding your tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Step 2 :For cheesecake base, in large bowl add ingredients needed and press into springform pan.
- Step 3 : With the exception of the whipping cream add all remaining ingredients for filling into large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and fluffy. Gently fold in whipped cream and pour into springform pan.
- Step 4 :4. Top with the strawberry/tomato sauce and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 1 hour before serving.
