Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: In heavy saucepan bring heavy cream, corn syrup and tea bags to a boil for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Step 2: Pour hot cream over the finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate and butter, stir well and let cool.
- Step 3: Shape into small balls.
- Step 4: Dip the truffle balls in the melted dark chocolate, dredge in the cocoa powder and place on serving plate.
- Step 5: ENJOY!
