Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the salad. Place the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onions, olives, oregano, the spearmint and the flower of salt in a bowl and drizzle with 100g of olive oil and the elixir. Mix very well and set aside.
- Step 2: Prepare the cheese. Place the feta cheese in a bowl and break it in very small pieces with a fork. Add the black pepper, the red hot pepper and 50g of olive oil. Mix well as if you are making a cheese sauce. Set the cheese aside.
- Step 3: Prepare the pita bread. Arrange the pita on a baking pan lined with baking paper, sprinkle with some salt and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes.
- Step 4: Arrange half of the pita on a platter and spread them. Put the salad on top of them and arrange spoonfuls of the cheese irregularly. "Nail" the rest of the pita pieces on the salad and serve.
