Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Boil the pasta in a saucepan in salted water. When done, drain the pasta and add a little olive oil.
- Step 2: Heat a little olive oil in a shallow saucepan and lightly sauté the garlic.
- Step 3: Add the tomato, orange zest, rosemary, sugar and salt and mix continuously until all excess liquid is absorbed.
- Step 4: Just before the sauce is ready, add the cinnamon and pepper.
- Step 5: As soon as the sauce has thickened, combine it with the pasta while at the same time mixing well.
- Step 6: Serve in shallow plates, optionally garnishing with a twig of rosemary.
