Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 :In large saucepan or dutch oven, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Step 2 :Add langoustines and continue cooking for five minutes
- Step 3 :Deglaze with white wine, add tomato sauce, parsley, salt & pepper and stir well
- Step 4 :Cover langoustines with water, bring to a boil and cook until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Step 5 :Add orzo and cook until done.
- Step 6 :ENJOY!

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds langoustines
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ bunch finely chopped parsley
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 package orzo
