Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 :1. In a large pitcher stir together the water, olive oil and yeast until well incorporated
- Step 2 :2. In large mixing bowl with dough hook add your water mixture and flour and beat for 5 minutes or until a soft dough forms. Mix in the olives and salt until just incorporated.
- Step 3 :3. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Step 4 :4. Spread dough onto greased baking pan, baste with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and bake in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
