Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the vegetables. Place the aubergines, the zucchinis, the mushrooms and the peppers in a baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix and set aside. Put the coriander, the ginger, the basil, the elixir and 6 tbsp of olive oil in a bowl and mix well. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and grill in preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 15 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  • Step 2: Prepare the sauce. Drain the manouri cheese and place it in a bowl, break it as much as you can using a fork. Add the yoghurt, the salt, the pepper, the oregano and the 4 tbsp of olive oil and mix well, until the ingredients are combined into a sauce.
  • Step 3: Prepare the square sandwiches. Lay the 4 slices of bread on a surface. Spread the sauce over them and then arrange the vegetables in any order you want. Spread the sauce over the other 4 slices of bread and cover the vegetables.
  • Step 4: Cut each square sandwich diagonally and put one piece over the other matching the 3 corners. Prick them with a wooden skewer so that they stand in the plate and serve them.

Orders can be also shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO. In the case of P.O. Box, delivery will take longer than 7 days and in the case of APO/FPO, the delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Please note that all orders including perishable items are automatically shipped using 2 Days Delivery or Next Day Delivery (working days Monday to Friday) to ensure your product arrives in superb condition (Ground Shipping is not available as an option).
