An easy-to-make but no less delicious marinade to combine with pork recipes!

Step 1:

Mix the olive oil in a bowl, with the white wine, the pepper grains, the rosemary, the crushed garlic, and the thyme.

Step 2:

Mix everything together well, and spread the mixture evenly over the meat, on both sides.

Step 3:

Pour the mixture over the meat, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
