A spicy marinade to make your lamb delicious!

Step 1:

Mix the olive oil in a bowl, with the red wine, the pepper grains, the oregano, the thyme, the crushed garlic and finally, the dried parsley.

Step 2:

Mix well and spread the mixture evenly over the lamb on both sides.

Step 3:

Pour the rest of the mixture over the lamb, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
