An easy and aromatic marinade!

Step 1:

Fillet the fish using a knife, remove the head and cut the fish in two.

Step 2:

Mix the olive oil in a bowl, with the white wine, the dried parsley, the pepper grains, the oregano and the thyme.

Step 3:

Mix well and spread the mixture evenly over the fish fillets.

Step 4:

Pour the rest of the mixture over the fish, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator, for 12 hours.
