Use this marinade to strengthen the special flavour of your duck!

Step 1:

Mix the olive oil in a bowl with the red wine, the bay leaves, the thyme, the parsley, and the crushed garlic.

Step 2:

Mix well and spread the mixture evenly over the meat on both sides.

Step 3:

Pour the mixture over the meat and sprinkle with pepper and oregano.

Step 4:

Cover the meat with cling film and place it in the refrigerator, for 12 hours.
