An easy way to make beef stock!

Step 1:

Place the beef bones in a baking pan and bake them until dry.

Step 2:

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan.

Step 3:

Cut the onion up into thick pieces and sauté with the garlic.

Step 4:

Add the tomato paste, the fresh tomato, the carrot and the leek.

Step 5:

Mix everything together, well.

Step 6:

Pour the brandy and the red wine into the mixture.

Step 7:

Place the baked pieces of meat into the saucepan and add some water.

Step 8:

Add the parsley, the bay leaves and finally, the mixture of dried spices. Stir well and boil for 3 hours.

Step 9:

Drain the mixture and the beef stock is ready.
