Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the tart base. Place the almond bites in a mixer and pulp them up to a powder.Add the butter and mix until uniform. Set 4 tablespoons of the mixture aside and empty the rest of it into a rectangular tart dish. Spread it evenly into the dish, making sure you have covered the sides too. Place the dish in the fridge for 1 hour, for the base to set.
  • Step 2: Prepare the filling. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and wait for 10 minutes before you can use it. Drain the sweet dried figs well and keep a little of the syrup.Finely chop the figs and set aside as well. Place the ice cream in a bowl and add the finely chopped figs, almonds and the syrup you have kept. Mix well and set aside.
  • Step 3: Prepare the tart. Empty the ice cream into the tart base and leave the tart dish in the freezer for 1 hour, until the ice cream freezes very well.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle the tart with the base mixture you have kept, drizzle with molasses and serve.
