Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the tzatziki. Place the yoghurt, the cucumber, the carrot, the garlic, the dill, the spearmint, the salt, the pepper, the olive oil and the vinegar in a large bowl and mix very well.
  • Step 2: Empty the contents of the bowl - the tzatziki - into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the flavours and the aromas of the ingredients are combined.
  • Step 3: Serve with bread sticks or vegetables julienne (cut into 'sticks').
