Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the chicken. Place the chicken in a baking pan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2: Put the juice and the orange zest in a bowl, the juice and the lemon zest, the mustard, the honey, the rosemary, the wine, the olive oil and mix well until the honey is diluted.
  • Step 3: Place the potatoes in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix and arrange in the baking pan around the chicken. Put the garlic in the baking pan as well and then drizzle with the mixture of honey you have made.
  • Step 4: Add the bay leaves and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour, until the potatoes and the chicken are cooked and are a a nice golden brown on the outside.

  • the juice of 3 oranges
  • 1 zest of 1 orange
  • 2 juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 zest of 1 lemon
  • 2tbsp rosemary
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 100g white wine
  • 2tbsp forest-sage honey
  • 2tbsp mustard
  • 6tsp garlic pulp with olive oil
