Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the fennel patties. Place the fennel, the onion, the corn, the tomatoes, the spearmint, the cheese, the eggs, the ouzo, the salt, the pepper and the flour in a bowl and mix. Then add the water gradually, until it becomes a thick batter. Set it aside.
- Step 2: Heat the olive oil until hot. Place spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, lower the heat and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Step 3: Remove the fennel patties from the frying pan and place on a baking pan lined with paper napkins to drain.
- Step 4: Serve the fennel patties warm or cold.
