Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Beat the olive oil with the carob syrup and honey using an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 2: Add the orange juice, nutmeg, cinnamon and flour in which you have already added baking powder. Mix for 5-6 minutes until the mixture is of a smooth consistency. Mix in the walnuts and empty the mixture into cookie pans.
- Step 3: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 180°C.
- Step 4: Remove the cakes from the cookie pans and, if desired, serve with a scoop of ice-cream.
