Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Boil some water and blanch the tomatoes for 30'', after you have carved them slightly on the bottom.
  • Step 2: Place them into ice water so that the skins can be more easily removed.
  • Step 3: Beat the lemon juice with the olive oil in a bowl, combine the sliced olives, basil, garlic, pine nuts and mix.
  • Step 4: Put the tomatoes into a salad bowl, break the barley rusks into pieces and add them to the tomatoes. Pour the oil mixture over the salad.

  • 1 bunch of basil (finely chopped)
  • 1tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 clove (finely chopped)
  • 10 blanched tomatoes (cut into eight pieces each)
  • 3pcs barley rusk
  • Fleur de Sel
